...onment of this company is really bad. The management is poor and growth is zero. Even after earning profits throughout the quarter, the company is providing pay cuts to their employees. During this difficult time when companies are going out of the way to help their employees, this company is just trying to cut its profit. Here at newgen we are not treated like employees but are treated like labourers. Their is absolutely no growth and zero benefits.

They are not supporting that much during covid-19 as commencing work from office in Noida from January itself ,knowing how critical the situation still is ,especially with the advent of new covid-19 strain and drop dead low temperatures(which favors rapid transmission),in addition to the present deteriorating situation of NCR regions.Only the thing I liked till now was just they managed to pay freshers their stipend as expected on time,with no delay at all.

...y much,since at the end gaining knowledge and learning doesn't depend on anyone.Also,they cut a lot of variable pay from senior engineers and employees salary...leading them to quit their job and joined some other good MNC....Also,they didn't provide laptops or such amenities to their employees on their own,though provide them when being asked.
