Team Leads are worst they donot work here neither support you . Package is just to show so much variable and bonus which you will never figure out and inhand salary is equilvalent to fresher salary of any Indian service based comapany . Noice period is three month and they provide experience letter after 45 days so even after serving notice period you need to wait for 45 days . Mumbai head is worst . Mangers expect you to work 24*7 and everthing put on you just to save their job . One time I was on leave during holi . My manger escalted me to top most people in newgen . Here there was no my fault they putted mistake of whole team on me . thats why I left the job its more than 30 days I have not received my salary of 3 months . Please I beg donot join this worst comapny . Wait and search for some other job .

Nothing ,50% Salary cut , 14 hour work(saturdays and Sundays) ,Only product no programming knowledge .If you are covid-19 positive will force to work .No work from home forced to go client side from your own expense .HR and manger will never respond to queries .

Only evening snacks is good . Nothing was good for career and salary wise too

Old techs , Low salary , No Career Growth , Slogging on weekends also , If you are java developer then also you will have to do SQL data entry work. Join start up to grow your skills never get attached to your comfort zone . here the objective is no code project for clients.

I think apart from salary and variable pay everything is bad. They will ask a functional person to work on testing role. Put you any project they would feel like regardless of your skill set. The culture is also bad many senior mangers are in the company for ages.. People are there in the company for so long and they do whatever they want to do.

They give good appraisal/hike if you have worked dedicatedly for the project. I got an average hike of around 48%in first year and 35%in second year. They give opportunities to travel onsite, and work individually on different modules.

Dislikes

...pan of 3 years and work solely. But my mental health has been compromised a lot. Realised this very late that I'm working too much at a very low pay.
