Good working environment. Colleagues are very supportive. Their is no problem at issuing salaries every month and in this particular field (quality) u can learn many different things and u can develop urself to face problems and how to manage it.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics, I don't know whether in my department or not but in other departments lot of politics are there. I can't say there is no job assurity I can tell that 50-50 is possible for ur job assurance particularly luck 🤞 plays a major role between politics.
