Onboarding process was good, hr was responsive although they called for face to face interview but they coordinated well During KT after joining, everyone was helping

Initial Salary being offered is less but i heard from colleagues that appraisal is good

Nothing. Basically the company is scam. They do not have office. The founder has registered his own residential address as office. They send employees to their client location. There are only two HR and PF department is being handled by an individual lawyer who works as a freelance for NewAgeIt technologies

Dislikes

Salary is never on time. Also there is no guarantee that you would get the salary. Also they have not paid annual bonus. They have deduction named Others of which they give no explaination. HR sakshi is difficult to reach. basically she ignores your calls. Reads messages on whatsapp but never replies back. There is no leave encashmenet policy and only 12 leaves in a year. Founder Priyanshu is another jerk. Be aware and do not join this company. They have eaten 3 of my colleagues and my annual appraisal and bonus. And have not given us relieving letter too.

Dislikes

1. A strong culture of unprofessional behaviour. 2. No method for conflict resolution. In case employee tries to talk to HR regarding some issues with the manager, the HR ignores everything and rather discloses all the concerns (shared in confidence) with the manager/owner 3. The owner discourages learning/skill development 4. Avoids paperwork to stay out of trouble when irrational expectations are put forth 5. Made to work on weekends even when mentioned otherwise in the appointment letter.

...ir hands dirty from the very beginning which was a great learning experience. 2. The salary is paid on time. 3. Decent salary to start with.

... There is no use of HR as they don't attend the employees' grievances at all. 5. Salary slips are not given in time. 6. The manager (aka the founder) is barely bothered about the issues that the employees are facing from the client-side. 7. Irregular and Long work hours ranging from 8-14 hours. Saturday and Sundays can be decided to be working at the last moment i.e. on Friday night. 8. **** BEWARE: The company doesn't like paperwork or even emails. They avoid it as much as possible ****. This way they can pretend to employ freshers, make them work for few weeks and then they are removed without any compensation. 9. The company doesn't have a good reputation from client side either. This is not due to employees but due to the ambitious but illogical and false claims made by the manager to the clients. Eg. Using postman to automate a website without taking any inputs from the developers regarding the APIs. 10. No job security. If an employee report to HR that they are being ill-treated, they can be immediately removed without any notice. 11. New candidates are selected, they are made to work for a few weeks, and then they are removed without compensation. The techniques that these candidates have used are then just absorbed in the company to potentially solve ongoing issues in the projects.

Staff is really Co-operative, Taking care of each & every employee as well, Salaries are paid on time or paid in advanced if required, There are two holidays on Saturday & Sunday, In short all is well & good.
