No work culture. No good HR Department. Operations head is dictator. No work life balance. Seniors scold in very worst manner.

It good for fresher to start there career in software industry. While working with indictrans as fresher it good for leaning and developing new skills

Dislikes

Some how it gives load of project on junior but it has to get clarify before given that responsibilities on junior. Some how junior not able to fulfill that responsibilities if more projects are given to them he is not able manage it . The best thing is to do keep one senior with 4+ yr experienced as a mentor for the project.

Work-life is balanced. For freshers it's a good company to start their career. WFH is available. Learn more. No strict rules. Overall it's a good company.

Middle management is not good. 2 months notice period.
