Working at GlobalLogic, a Hitachi group company, offers a unique blend of opportunities that I find quite rewarding. One of the aspects I appreciate most is the chance to collaborate with a diverse and talented team. This environment not only fosters teamwork and communication, but also encourages innovation, where I can contribute ideas and learn from others' expertise. Another benefit is the company’s commitment to growth and development; there are ample resources for upskilling, whether through on-the-job experiences or advanced training programs. The variety in my work, from managing data to handling certifications and training, allows me to apply my analytical skills and continuously improve.

Dislikes

One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.

The project level learning is good and can't be extended beyond a limit. We can work on our learning curve and learn much things. We can't get much monetary benefits here, so demand and get a higher CTC when you join.

Dislikes

...en for certifications, we can't get reimbursed as they have a ton of conditions. The Longevity bonus from client that was promised when joining has not been provided. Since they don't have this in written in Appointment letter, they are not responding sensibly to this when questioned.

Work load is nominal. You can easily integrate into a team as fresher.

Dislikes

No salary hike and cheap tricks to tie you down on the same payroll. The new CEO and higher managemenr doesnt give a bats eye to employee expectations.

no salary growth means yearly the avg they increase per person 200-300 and promotions are giving only political wise who is near to them they will get. one year work is good this company.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
