I was started working here since 2012 and been enjoying each and every moment. On Job training is excellent, this is my first job towards my career and I earned huge knowledge especially when they gave opportunities to visit suppliers. Even though the single person is accountable to many responsibilities (Equal to three human source) the pressure from management is very light and digestible. I pledged my original certificates for Three Years contract. I been put into many department and responsibilities during this 6 years but with help of my directors guidance each and every task thought me many ways to solves business thread and personal thread. No politics by colleagues. Skill development program.

Dislikes

...after your gross salary is above 21K. No Team Outing, No cultural activities, Salary structure is not as per Govt Minimum wage policy. It is based management sole decision. 1 month Bonus per Year. Strict 10 days public holiday per year. If any listed holiday is on Sunday then that also counted under those 10days. No Paid Leave Policy, 15 days paid leave will be compensate in the form of cash at end of the year but without interest.

the worst place to work as they buy motors and pumps from manufacturing companies and sell in the market at higher prices.
