Good Company but poorly managed Flexible shift Friendly teammates

Dislikes

No proper training No cafeteria should have food in front of your system Dirty washrooms Only few experienced managers are good others dont know to handle the team Partiality HR- no corporate ethics, very rude

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
