Salary scale is too much poor, beyond expectation. Management, HR is also not good. Can’t expect a good feed back from management if u can’t praise them. Your achievement rate will calculated based on your relation with managers. If you have less exp of them (in terms of year) then they won’t listen your opinion may be your thought is right. Apart from this, every process is manual there, like salary, leave etc etc.

Nothing good about this company, only negative. Only office politics. No chance to grow.

Everything is negative, dont join if you want to save your career. They will ruin you career, no job security, they can fire you anytime without any prior warning/notice.
