... group , they ignored my concerns . My manager insulted me during standup calls. blamed me for mistakes, and tortured me, especially during the time of salary hike. Her behavior led me to depression , and I endured it out of respect, which exploited. The company only cares about getting work done and doesn't value employees afterward. I wouldn't recommend this toxic workplace to anyone.
Ntg work culture is very bad there is no skill development, all the senior level developers are working freelancers freshers are suffering due to lack of project knowledge no one will help us there no KT concept in this comapny, this is complete Remote work we need to work 10+hrs daily they will pressure u need to do it today only so definitely we don't have orther option we need work ni8 also worst comapny
Everything, too much pressure low package 2.4lpa dont expect hikes, Weeknd work ni8 shifts, there no team management, Hr will assign work to developers this is very rediciles he doesn't know who is the perfect person to hanfle issue in development team he is assigned random persons random issues.

During my time at this company, I faced significant challenges that impacted my professional growth and mental well-being. My manager created a hostile work environment by ignoring task updates, misrepresenting my efforts during performance evaluations, and unfairly influencing salary hike discussions. Recognition for my work was often given to others, while I was subjected to unwarranted criticism.
These actions, coupled with a lack of support from HR , made the situation even more challenging. Despite raising concerns, HR failed to address issues such as correcting my designation during the full-and-final settlement process. Additionally, I observed similar treatment being extended to other colleagues, highlighting systemic problems within the workplace.
This lack of professionalism, fairness, and support hindered my career growth and created an unhealthy and demotivating environment.
Too much of micro-management. Pin point you for everything. Monitor every second and every activity on your laptop. You need to work more hours to achieve the set target on the tracking tool.
