...ut even notice. You go home and there will be call from team that you are fired. Your 45 days salary will always be stucked in their systems because they usually transfer payment after 45 days so you can not object at the time of firing otherwise your documentation and fnf will be stucked.

It was good in terms of learning (we used to get help from the company secretaries), getting inbound leads (people having requirements or have queries) helped to close more. Incentives.

...ssured us to work on Sundays (during pandemic, didn't have an option to say no) 40% salary was being cut during pandemic Gives leads to their favorite employees so you get the poor leads and due to your poor performance you get job threats Promises to get the job done within given TAT but always delays, as a result we had to handle the client's grudges No support from management , they di not care for employees. Only care for how much revenue you are generating even during pandemic.

Learning is their but no work culture & so much of partiality and create differences. Totally unsatisfying job

No salary on time, only deduction by fake promises about paying later, When CEO dont want employee they do immediate firing & when they feel sales is down and they start calling back to employees.

You wont get salary on time. most of the times at any case you wont allowed to do work from home. If you leave the job, they wont pay even after 5 months. You wont get holiday for south india celebrated festivals.

Nothing is good here. They are wasting time of young people. Making them feel that they don't know anything at all. The so called founder(origninal founder was jay sethi) of company who don't know anything about startup and business only relying on ads.

No management No employee benifits at all Unemployeed people only join and work here Whole company is froud in itself.
