... generating good revenue. Before taking a franchisee of Neugene, I was in a job. My salary was quite good to sustain. I was wandering if I would earn more than what I was already getting as salary. Guys, trust me, within the first 3 months my earnings were 6 lakh rupees, which was reasonably good, but my expectation was high. I got guidance from Neugene team, and in the next quarter I hit 10 lakh mark. I then decided to add some staff, especially the recruiters! Based on my budget I initially appointed 3 experienced recruiters, which enhanced my capacity and earnings. My average billing reached about 15 lakh per month. Today I have an independent office and I have 14 recruiters working with me. Guys, now I am just supervising my team. My team is doing all the recruitment. I am happy and earning a very good income. Guys, my life has changed. I am living a luxury life now. I recently purchased XUV 700, which is my favourite SUV. I think, anybody who has big dreams and ready to take calculated risk, must try this out. It has very little investment, but earnings are very high. My belief is Fortune favours the brave.

...mmitted to long-term growth. There is plenty of capital available for expansion. Benefits are adequate and pay is very good. The workplace is highly respectful. They don't put up with any discrimination of any sort. Neugene does a good job of promoting from within. Most of the top leaders have been with the company for a long time. The best reason to work with Neugene is that it's an established HR company in India. It's been in business for over 35 years. Job security is granted. There are good policies when it comes to employee social welfare. I hope there will be no HR company in India where you will get pension, family pension after retirement. Good company to join when you reach retirement age..

No cons for me, however, you have to be prepared to work hard.

...such a large and diverse company, there are always new career paths to pursue. Some of the best reasons to work at Neugene are job security, opportunity for advancement, compensation and benefits. At Neugene, employees understand the importance of work. A large company like Neugene offers a great deal of potential if you know where to look. I know several people who have been able to climb the corporate ladder from the humblest beginnings. The company has a great reputation in the marketplace, and a great reputation with other companies. Working at Neugene provides a very positive reference on your resume.

... marketing are the two biggest reasons they have been so successful for decades. Overall, they pay very well compared to competitors and industry in general. Great culture, good place to learn people skills, great benefits, good brand name, stable job usually, great work-life balance (one of the best you will ever find). A few years here will get you many friends that could be resources for life. Great place for minorities as well. They have an onsite daycare and a good community.
