Sometimes you might need to be on bench for long time. But still there company initiatives where you can work full time and improve your skills and utilization

...nee, there will be work life balance, but if you are a senior then probably not. We have calls at around 11pm in the night with the onshore team on few days , but they do pay you good salary as compensation. Loads of opportunities/ projects

Dislikes

If you do get into projects and you don't know what you are doing before hand, you will have tough time to meet deadlines on stories. Calls with onshore are pretty late in the night.

Love how the company treats with equality and respect towards all their employees. Always trying to maintain the work-life balance and making sure employees are stress free. They also ensure the employees are upto date on the technology by cross training into different domains.

Highly toxic work environment, Managers with zero technical knowledge only indulge in appeasing the clients and making the developers suffer by micromanaging. Thoughtless leadership is at the core of all the problems in this org.
