Job security is a joke; no matter how much effort you put in, you're always on edge about layoffs, with favoritism often determining who stays. The caste and regional biases are blatant, with certain groups getting preferential treatment simply based on where they're from or their background. To top it off, female employees are given extra benefits and leniency, creating a divide among staff where others are left to pick up the slack, fostering resentment and frustration across the board. The lack of fairness and transparency here is deeply demotivating.
