Environment is really excellent, seniors are very supportive they never pressurized you, they help you in every moment, they actually help you to polish your skills, I really like there gesture, Thankyou netweb , If you are freshers and want to learn and enhance your skills the best platform is netweb technologies in all over the world. You can achieve everything.

Dislikes

No dislikes , but if there is hybrid work policy it would be better, like 3 day office and 2 day work form home, and one more thing that I don't like is alternative Saturday off, it would be very nice if office is from Monday to Friday.

Their is a politics from management, poor training to new joiners, expect immediate result, 1 year Bond to be signed, no job security, un ethical behavior from the management, nasty decision from the management. No proper strategy, processes, no growth.

Thought joined as a fresher got lot of opportunities to learn , employee friendly which attracted to work till date along with job security and interval training to boost up ur talent .

Travel communication which sometime is troublesome along with my distance to office and home

I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths. They mostly go unnoticed during appraisals. They are not co-operative

They are using latest technologies. The concept behind their products is innovative.

Dislikes

Very unhealthy environment, employees are not happy.The company needs to improve a lot in terms of good management. No leaves will be granted to you even if there is emergency at your home. You need to apply for leaves even on Saturday and Sunday. Morning 5 am or midnight 1 am they can call you in office anytime.
