Salary and appraisals are very good.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No management. Not a privately held company. No good projects. No facility provided to employees apart from evening snacks. You have to come office at time but no fixed time to go home.

Flat organization and visibility to CEO and owner level. Increment was good and reward recognition was also good.

Dislikes

No work life balance and no job security. No continuous learning. Manager and owner behaviour was unprofessional some times.
