Job security is okayish in operations atleast.

Dislikes

Compensation is I believe the lowest in the industry. They can choose to get talent from outside paying them upto industry standards..but they wouldn't give competitive raise to internal employees. Don't think there is a vision for the company as such, it's all about just increasing the revenue, the strategic planning or action points to do that is sadly missing.

Initially work life balance was really bad, but as I started to get used to my job, it became good as I could complete my work faster. Our managers are also pretty chill.

... an enormous scale which can't be done in stipulated work hours that is 9 hours. You have to do 12 hours work everyday with the same 10k salary in hand. They promise to increse salary after 6 months of employment but here I am in my 7 month with the same salary and double work load. My advice to you is PLEASE DONT JOIN NETSCRIBES. Wait for sometime more. You'll find something better than this. But don't do the mistake of joining Netscribes. It's the worst organization to work for.
