Company has nice payout policy with structuring of compensation plan. Appreciate the management in resource management with JIT policy :) No firings during pandemic. Ample leaves. Sticked to bonus promised in starting of year with hike albeit hike and bonus is too less with industry standards

Dislikes

No freedom to switch role and individual ends working on same domain throughout. No focus on learnings/trainings which can actually make lot of difference in projects. Management has rigid thought process with mostly no ears to new thought process. Infrastructure in office as well as WFH is just manageable.

If someone is looking for good learning this is the best company. Also, it provides great opportunity to have different expertise.

... of the top 5 consulting companies in the world like McKinsey are their clients. They took care of employees well during the Covid 19 pandemic and gave all bonuses and salary hikes in low double digits. Back to back 2 years they gave advance bonus in August because of good company performance. Work life balance is great and management focuses on employee training and growth. Many people leave for big big companies but come back to Acuity due to the work culture and work life balance. Very good reputation in the capital markets. Some of the captives also outsource to them because of their pedigree and know how with respect to financial services.

Dislikes

Attrition is on the higher side as all big firms like Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase try to hire from Acuity as the training provided by Acuity to freshers is very high quality and industry experience is good. So if you are a manager then hiring takes a lot of your time. Cab facilities can be better is what I hear from others in the team but I have my own car so can't comment.

Nothing no benefits to employee no acknowledgements to feedbacks HR admins very late to reply their employees

Dislikes

...r juniors which make very difficult to switch. No benefits for working in night. You work for more than a year but you won't get bonus just because you were on notice on last 20 days before receiving the bonus. Not at all employee friendly

There is lot of work pressure bad culture and unprofessional behaviour. Location of the office is not good lot of traffic at the peak hour. Although company provided transportation services but they remained inadequate most of the time. Many seniors had expertise in domain skills but totally lacked soft skills or mangerial skills. More women needed to promoted at senior level.
