Initially work life balance was really bad, but as I started to get used to my job, it became good as I could complete my work faster. Our managers are also pretty chill.

Dislikes

Compensation, appraisals, very poor mometary compensation in my opinion. Also feel like growth is pretty limited in this organization.

Co workers are friendly and permanent work from home facility.

Everything is terrible. No salary increment, no promotions, Overtime without extra payment. No holidays at festival and also no bonus. Terrible company, horrible management. Managers are the worst. Never recommend to anyone.

...t have to think about your personal life because manager will not let you do so. Also, there is no extra pay for work but you have to do extra work on daily basis because your manager will force you to do so. Cannot suggest any single person to work in this company and under such pressure and worst management and ruin mental health.

There is nothing to like about only that salary credited on 1st day of each months thats it.

I worked there for 3 eternity years within some month i started doing check the checker process but there is no growth in those 3 yrs although i have skills for that. I am talking about all projects but the perticular project i worked with had worst experience of my 3 yrs of journey. I am a straight forward person so i say whatever is good nd what's bad. Moreover there will be strech with no overtime money..
