Initially work life balance was really bad, but as I started to get used to my job, it became good as I could complete my work faster. Our managers are also pretty chill.

Compensation, appraisals, very poor mometary compensation in my opinion. Also feel like growth is pretty limited in this organization.

The promotion process is notably stagnant, devoid of meritocracy, and fails to reward employees based on performance, with promotions largely based on favoritism. In conclusion, I strongly urge prospective candidates to explore other career opportunities. Based on my experience, Netscribes does not provide the conducive or professional work environment necessary for career growth and personal development. Very supportive management, seniors are helpful, good work life balance,good leave policy,provide on time salary,

Less career growth, less learning curve , less salary structure as compared to other similar industries

Co workers are friendly and permanent work from home facility.

Dislikes

Everything is terrible. No salary increment, no promotions, Overtime without extra payment. No holidays at festival and also no bonus. Terrible company, horrible management. Managers are the worst. Never recommend to anyone.
