When I started working in Netscribes, the best thing I loved about it was the first level management team. The approachable attitude and the flat organisational structure might be a positive.

Dislikes

...and you will always find people passing on the buck instead of taking ownership. The salary offered is way below the industry standards and you will be expected to work for 11-12 hours a day even though you are done with your 9 hours of a day.

Initially work life balance was really bad, but as I started to get used to my job, it became good as I could complete my work faster. Our managers are also pretty chill.

Dislikes

Compensation, appraisals, very poor mometary compensation in my opinion. Also feel like growth is pretty limited in this organization.

Like the culture, HR initiatives and general working environment.

Promotion and salary are a big thumbs down. Also, some teams have dearth of work which affects your experience and overall learning on the job. They expect you to learn everything on the job and there is zero external training that I can actually implement to my work.

The tea and coffee machine was good there and the hygiene of the washroom was also good there

Dislikes

They will cut you out without any reason by the name of cost cutting and you will be job less in a single day without any notice. In last 1 year 5 females were getting promoted and not a single man. Because I think you know the reason. All the managers are like if you're a girl then they will help you but if you're a boy then you will get nothing. Most worst company and the management too.
