CEO's monday meeting. He will ask silly questions like Food on to the ....?Ans : table. Internal politics will be there. His childish behaviour and cruel mind. We can not learn new things here.

nothing is good , internal politics . there are 4 employees around from last 6 to 7 years they are working , now they are product managers . these managers feels they know every thing but very limited knowledge . they have to learn more i feel. they will under estimates the people . they don't know how to respect people. like this lot of thing are there . training is not there . only self learning. too much work pressure no proper timings. no proper planning i feel this is not suitable for seniors . .

lot of things are there. totally this company is not good. i think there are some 5 star feedbacks i have observed . those are almost FAKE.

The company is open to learn new technologies and encourages employees to innovate new products and help us if we need any assistance. Work culture and the coordination between the employees is good. They take special care about security for girls.

There is no process and policies as this company has been growing but slowly they have been doing it

Its start up company...good growing company..but some employee benefits are needed.
