Only they pay you fairly apart from it nothing good about work culture also always put variable in ctc .Good for person whose priority is remote work and pay over culture , learning and professional growth.

Highly toxic culture unless person cares about salary and work apart from it as QA you feel like you are working as support person not even proper QA work one become obsolete working here only hand ful of candidates got to do actual work.

People here are amazing. They are always ready to support you. Team collaboration is amazing. Managers are super supporting and ready to resolve your queries and doubts and ensure that you feel like home. HRs keep organizing small events to keep the employees in fun and active mood

Bad work life balance, work assignments are vague with no structure in place for processes and assignments. They try to make an employee work more than expected just because their attrition rate is high, and either they don’t want to hire more people owing to budget limitations or terminate people last minute without prior notice. No job security at all, and can terminate you without any prior notice. A pathetic work culture and zero empathy towards their employees. Would not recommend this organisation at all.
