There are list of things 1. No increment in salary at all 2. They will fire if you ask for salary increment. 3. Very bad management 4. Every time you will burnt out for completing deadlines, no proper sprint planning.

This is a lala company. Quick hire n fire , manager itself in too much stress and taking decision whatever they want. Hr also not helpfull. No culture in company .

Totally pathetic company. Not given any handover. Never follow the job description while giving the project.

Well the only thing I liked was, I had been assigned with an individual show where in it was a great experience and learning and to put in my skills gained over the years of experience.

Dislikes

It's a very dominating culture here and to much restrictions on what to do and what not.
