There is a lot of politics and the mangmet doesn't but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2year before whic you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiness

salary is negotiable in year no increment i have working at ५ year atleast increase salary who are given long time in between ५ year and graduated in BE,the uneducated people don't care these factors but some people feel that problem!!
