Companies corporate culture is good. Employee engagement activities regularly attracts employees to stay.

Dislikes

I am not sure about employee get paid according to their true value. Salary provide in this company is far less than expected.

very good in everything like perks, insurance, and compensation. the campus is excellent (Mandideep).

Dislikes

very bad at alotting hardware peripherals to employees, sometimes you have to ask for 10 or more time for some laptop issue solutions and they still don't resolve it

...ere do not have any ethics and etiquette. Learning is limited. No good projects. Also, salary will never come on time, every month we need to chase HR ans finance team. There is no proper system and hierarchy maintained in company. And the worst part is facilities. No proper food in canteen. Nightshift ppl have to be empty stomach or they need to bring theri own food. Washroom do not have toilet papers or tissue papers. And cleaning of washroom is like public toilets (even public toilet is cleaner then this). Do not have clean water to drink. Forget about warm water.

Literally, i did not like anything about this company.

...l project until you settle down learning or in case you replace some position. Best thing :P salary won't get delay even a day.

Dislikes

The company is located in Mandideep industrial area and Bhopal city is 20km far. You will waste 2 hours daily on traveling. Onsite opportunities are limited and rare.

The only part which I liked is that they gave a joining bonus.

The communication, work culture, jon security and employee care is absolutely zero. If you are at the Bhopal HQ only then you’ll be favoured.
