Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

Deadlines are nightmares at the company. You will have to wake at mid night also and support the team. 1 or 2 time in a month is good but every sprint cycle not good at all. Bad planning from BAs and those guys are horrible

Freshers don't go to this company. They conduct assessment if you get good marks they will be terminated because of politics. This company is full of politics. If we finish the training period. They will don't put in project. They put relations like sister brother only into the project it is full of nepotism company. Please don't go to this company it is fraud company. Actually it's located in Guindy chennai. But your work location they put in cheyyur no facility in that village they compelled you to go to that location please avoid this company. My life is spoil by this company.
