Toxic Work Environment. The HR runs a school. Rules changes as per their convenience. A heavy biased decision making, favourism, groupism. Immature decision makers in the operations management and very senior people reporting to them. Worst ever exit policy

Micromanagement - its more like a school, Bad culture and unhealthy environment - you will never know when HR and management will play psychological games with you. I have also seen many design team employees working overtime, Project handlers affect their personal life due to the clients (company owner friends), development teams affected by rough speeches by seniors, BD teams with un reasonable targets. Above are the reasons why employees dont stay for long. The ones who stays for long becomes the spy agents/cctvs of company. HR policies - Worst, HR behaves like a Boss Timings- not flexible. Leaves- company not comfortable. Applies sandwich policies. No matter what you cant fall sick on mondays.
