I never saw such an institute where no respect to the faculty. No salary since the lockdown. It's terrible to survive.

Dislikes

Students are good and teaching facilities, workload is good except the respect to faculty and salary issue by the management.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
