Never releases salary on time, you have to beg for your salary for each month, wanna check, go and join this, and sooner you will know the real truth. Even lata i.e HR head doesn't values your complaint.

There is noting for like , they are just dealers who deal for employees for another client companies

...client then this going again and again if client project is ended you are fired false statement during joining and after that send another documents for you have to pay that , you have to do that according to me its a dealers company which hire for clients on commission basis only

...neer ko skill ke hisab se 20 pay karenge wala seen hai. Ceo andha aur gunga hai. Vo khali proffit ke chakkar me rehta hai aur hr log process pe process bata kar apna salary bhada leti hai. There is different process for internals and resource. Resource will be bhade ka tattu and internals will be roji roti ka saman. 90 day ke bad salary milega app resign karo ya company ka project khatam ho jaye. Think before your family to join this paid promoted company.

Comision mil raha hai HR aur ceo ka bank balance bana hai yahi hai sab kuch. T majdoor ho majdoori karo aur paise company ke liye banao nahi to nikal denge wala attitude hai.

...n a third party project and never look back at you if you are doing good or not. The only thing left with you is your job and salary and no social life because there are 1.5 days leave per month and no annual leaves, so in case you need a long holiday even in case of emergency, get your salary deducted. Apart from week off there are no public holidays and no extra pay to work even on National holidays like Independence Day, Republic day and Gandhi Jayanti. If you are working from home, no wifi or internet rebate is there, you have to pay on your own. You will be told to work for 9 hrs shift but will be made to work for 12 hours. There is no salary growth.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.I have to work 9-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
