Third party job. As compare to other third party No bonus, No joining kit, no good salary/hike. As they are third party so all thing depend on your client location.

HR dept does not take your full responsibility. For every concerns you have to take multiple follow ups . As a vendor company they should make sure that their employees should get least benefits but they are just there to PO renewal process.

Gives salary increment on client suggestion. No individual decisions by HR. No other special benefits like.. Performance pays.. Variable pays.. Best employee or performance rewards.

Accounts VP is a terrible person. Always shouting each & evry mistake. If you made one mistake then you will get 30 min. Lecture. He made your life like a hell.

I think it may be where i am working that would be one of reason that as per client requirement i am getting any new technical skills because of every things handled by Head office team and we hereby only mail or phone support that is biggest issue I thik because overall it is getting me back or back in to my skills Thanks!
