They give you good salary but overall professional growth is very slow in the organisation.

Culture is monotonous. They say bottom to top approach when looking for inputs but it's always top to bottom. Too many things at a same time. better to get experience from the company for 2 to 3 years max and change. If you stay more then 5 years then you are going to feel stuck that's for sure.

colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Complicated rating system, which can be easily twisted by management. Old ideologies and old methods of working. They give no room to do any mistake. Meetings are also set up on Sundays and no timing is considered. 8 pm 9 pm 10 pm meeting ending times are normal.
