The company seems to be shortage on funds, the brand image of the company has gone down in last few years.. Do not expect promotion or growth here. The company is good for people who want less work pressure with comprising salary.. Plus no gifts on diwali hurts ..

Likes

I was able to have a look at lot of royal properties in Bangalore and very nice societies. This I liked about Nestaway. Also the company office is nice and like a reputable multinational company.

Dislikes

Work life balance is zero. Career growth is zero. Salary is not fixed and you can have pay cut. Less opportunity to shift to better domain profiles inside company. Consumer reviews are a concern, lots of bad reviews from the users who are tenants living in the properties. Also issue of extra charges are there which are levied on the tenants. However lot of these factors are not faced by all employees who are in good profile in the company and tenants who are living in high standard societies. The above fact is true in some cases and not all.

The salary will be credited on time; otherwise, there will be no positive outcome.

Dislikes

Only two or three senior managers are receiving a salary hike, increment, appraisal, and benefits. There is no support for ground-level employees or other team members. Additionally, senior managers are skilled in playing politics, to the extent that they avoid any interaction with HR and other company leaders.

Management is good. You can always express your ideas. They will hear and implement if they make sense.

Dislikes

...promote people who plays politics and never hear ground level people problems. Not very clear on compensation, they promise one thing and implement other (they have by deafult 10% of your package as performance pay. When the time comes to pay they will say it is completely based on company performance it has nothing to do with your performance. This was never communicated during package negotiations or never mentioned anywhere in the offer letter).

Nestaway helped me to overall growth, But when it came to covid-19, i had some family issue by that i had due for the house rent, which i was staying in Nestaway property, Because of the due, my Nestaway company holded my 2 month salary and i was completely broken with my Nestaway company. No extra help i got from nestaway, insted Nestaway holded my 2 month salary in this pandemic. Which was my lifes bad days. But Nestaway is a good company if they could have gone with same process which was in staring.

Dislikes

Every time if there is process change or new process no workshop, No suggestion from ground level team. No career growth.
