I was able to have a look at lot of royal properties in Bangalore and very nice societies. This I liked about Nestaway. Also the company office is nice and like a reputable multinational company.

Dislikes

Work life balance is zero. Career growth is zero. Salary is not fixed and you can have pay cut. Less opportunity to shift to better domain profiles inside company. Consumer reviews are a concern, lots of bad reviews from the users who are tenants living in the properties. Also issue of extra charges are there which are levied on thetenants. However lot of these factors are not faced by all employees who are in good profile in the company and tenants who are living in high standard societies. The company seems to be shortage on funds, the brand image of the company has gone down in last few years.. Do not expect promotion or growth here. The company is good for people who want less work pressure with comprising salary.. Plus no gifts on diwali hurts ..
