I like the ideal to provide house to the million people at very low cost with best properties.

Compensation is decent, but growth is not there. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes< i have to work 12 - 13 hours straight. Its a field jobs so handling 400 tenants in 80 to 90 property will be not possible some times. Where i have maintenance the property and handle legal issues with tenants, owners and also with society ( agreement parts or etc ) Also the main part of the jobs its sales so showing property and closing the leads is must each days with your others works. travelling part is mostly challenging because to drive 70 to 80 kms daily with clams mind some times can be difficult....Read More
