Mostly saturday and sunday will be working for the client, no compensation will be there other than cobo off. And due to work load we cannot take the combo :)

Good ambience. Will be able to learn new technologies.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high. Will keep you as a trainee for more than a year. Salary very less compared to the work we do. No increment or PF even if the projects we do is a success. As an employee we will be very dissatisfied.

Team support is very good. Everyone is ready to help, thus you can build a good career in Nest. Work is hard and needs some time to learn all methods but helpful in future office related jobs.

Dislikes

Very poor salary package and don't have enough hike yearly. A bit congested working environment. No Indoor cafeteria due to less no. of staffs. Some teams have tough work force than others but salary package is same for all. Very hard to achieve incentives.

Good job security, work culture and company policies. Great team coordination between each BU. Overall good experience in working with NeST Digital.

Compensation and appraisal should be taken care a bit more based on each employee's designation and current market.

The work culture is more of a relaxed experience for permanent staffs.

Dislikes

Work appreciation is a negative aspect as well as growth. Office politics and recommendations have more importance than hard work. Upper management is toxic. They'll sack you without notice if project is dropped or going in a slow pace. The worst experience will be for the poor contract staffs.
