Dislikes

Not having organized culture, people not having any knowledge about the departments, work. Owner not recognized achievements, sincerity, hard work. Groupism among the workers, owner not having seriousness in taking decisions and solving the issues,, instead involved in groupism. Breaking the assurances which was given before challege.Working culture completely spoiled by the individual department people by missguiding the owner, and he doesn't take care and listening to the false people.
