...g their peers. It’s mentally exhausting to work in such a hostile atmosphere. 5. The salary here is significantly below industry standards, especially considering the level of stress and the amount of extra hours you’re expected to put in. Raises are rare and often don’t reflect the actual amount of work you’re doing. Bonuses, when they happen, are minimal and seem more like a token gesture rather than a genuine reward. 6. Hard work is often ignored, and accomplishments go unrecognized. Management doesn’t take the time to appreciate employees, and any form of acknowledgment is few and far between. Overall, working at Ness Digital Engineering has been a demoralizing experience. If you're looking for a company with good management, work-life balance, and opportunities for growth, I’d strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Overall very nice company... Compensation was fixed.. No variable pay in ctc.. Pleasant and friendly work environment... Good if you get a nice EDC to work with with nice clients... Differs from edc to EDC because all are clients focused... My client was ibm and I loved to work with my EDC people

Earlier it was a good company but now no salary no job security no professional behaviour from manager..

Dislikes

Layoff more and no job security..manager is very partial on location and he will do business outside parallel and he say not to do multiple jobs..my recomend is if no other option then choose last preference as ness..Hr will also not employe friendly

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
