Overall very nice company... Compensation was fixed.. No variable pay in ctc.. Pleasant and friendly work environment... Good if you get a nice EDC to work with with nice clients... Differs from edc to EDC because all are clients focused... My client was ibm and I loved to work with my EDC people

Nothing as such to defame... Only thing was if an EDC closed at any point of time due to clients demand then we have to give interview again to join in other EDC with in ness

The work Culture is quite chill and the events which keep happening The gift company give throughout the year. Flexibility for working from home and office

The Compensation for the work engineers do The appraisals are very low compared to company standard

Earlier it was a good company but now no salary no job security no professional behaviour from manager..

Layoff more and no job security..manager is very partial on location and he will do business outside parallel and he say not to do multiple jobs..my recomend is if no other option then choose last preference as ness..Hr will also not employe friendly

The salary here is significantly below industry standards, especially considering the level of stress and the amount of extra hours you’re expected to put in. Raises are rare and often don’t reflect the actual amount of work you’re doing. Bonuses, when they happen, are minimal and seem more like a token gesture rather than a genuine reward. 6. Hard work is often ignored, and accomplishments go unrecognized. Management doesn’t take the time to appreciate employees, and any form of acknowledgment is few and far between. Overall, working at Ness Digital Engineering has been a demoralizing experience. If you're looking for a company with good management, work-life balance, and opportunities for growth, I’d strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
