Since I managed half the portion of the Organization, I was able to give some space for work-life balance, Outings, cultural activities for the people only to the projects I managed. Honestly speaking the company lacks leadership and no one to give one to one appraisals. It will be Micro-managed in my absence. They are capable of extending the work hours and even ask people to come on Saturdays for work in my absence. No one is there to motivate you, hikes will be promised but people have to go and remind atleast 2 or 3 times. There are two companies Nesh Technologies and Nesh Logitech. They keep changing the offer letters now and then. Lot of confusions.

Nesh gives lots of knowledge related to career as well as life This is very good company to employees. All are treat like same They give more space into our innovations, work and suggestions .. etc

Training - They conduct training but why I say training because I expect more internal training necessary for freshers and new joiners
