You will become workaholic and psychiatric will be your good friend. Not a safe place for women to work in the zonal level.

...ause you will be highly paid and become a department head without experience. For others you should be good in buttering and joining the HO, then your promotion and salary hike will be good so join here.

Feeling well to working with Nephroplus and as well as management support appreciate. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here....

Work- life balance is very difficulty and no Innovation. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

The employees create a good and respectable environment. Also, co-ordinate among themselves to maximum extent. Lot of exposure & Travel to understand all the employees.

Very Low salary, Favoritism, no learning, no promoting innovation, no employee trust and no flexibility for employees.

Support office is everything but Supportive. Upper management doesn't care about the ground staff and will propose illogical rules and regulations in every few days. The work life balance is a myth here because you are expected to be responsive all the time even if you're on leave on a remote island. They dgaf. Increment is megre. It used to be a good company but now it's just unbearable.
