There is no culture at all. If you are ok with licking then you may survive. Even if you are at a manager profile you have no rights to take decision for your territory. There is a guy Pavnesh who is national head and he acts as the company owner and uses abusive language every time. He always in the mood of MF MC BC mode. And then it comes Jayesh he is serving there because of this licking policy. He always does yes boss to Pavnesh and thats y his job is secure without even any performance. If you face any issue no one will gonna listen to u and they says you to be in your limit. So worst place to work on. The company owner needs to look into this other wise near future these two-three people will sink this company.

Dislikes

Support office is everything but Supportive. Upper management doesn't care about the ground staff and will propose illogical rules and regulations in every few days. The work life balance is a myth here because you are expected to be responsive all the time even if you're on leave on a remote island. They dgaf. Increment is megre. It used to be a good company but now it's just unbearable.
