...uirements. Zero job security though the policy is to never terminate employment. Salary is descent. The management is highly horrible as they recruit basis no knowledge of their own requirement.

Panel Manager responsibilities were not the same as mentioned in the job description. The company's work life balance is imbalanced as there is not fixed time fr one to go home and you spend about 16 hours working and not getting paid overtime.

Only there is a good culture spreading environment

There is no benifit for whom who work politely and seriously., They promote only whom who knows each other, Management not good , Salary issues, Some old arrogant staff., there is no future for whom who really like to grow as there way

Less work pressure, no timing issues, u Can come office as per ur convenient and can go when u want

Dislikes

It's a loss making company so I will not Recommend to anyone because you will not get even salary here, very poor working condition and environment both very worst condition of accommodation

Liberty to freehand decision according to the situation. The same is also helpful to increase our confidence, thinking ability, decision making etc. also.

No specific but timely recognition of the hardwork is not taking. Appreciation for handling the multiple things with limited resources is not their.

कम्पनी का लोकेशन अच्छा है परमानेंट जॉब देते है तो बहुत अच्छी जगह है काम करने के लिए शांत माहौल है

एडमिन डिपार्टमेंट बहुत झूट बोलता है ।और कंसल्टेंट skilled employee जो दूसरे प्रदेश से aiye hai उनके साथ अच्छा व्यवहार नही करते है । और अगर प्लांट में काम करते समय किसी कंसल्टेंट कर्मचारी को चोट लग जाती है तो कम्पनी कोई जिमेदारी नही लेती है मेरा इंक्रीमेंट का पैसा आज तक नही दिया कंपनी ने लोग भूल जाते है की ये सेंट्रल गवर्नमेंट की कंपनी है
