It's a very good company for new employees to learn from, and new employees are paid a very good salary.

The oldest employees in this company are not valued at all, and if you look at their average salary, you will understand how low their salaries are.

Work culture, health policy, safety. And basic needs for employees.

Work culture, work shop not maintained. Not provide healthy basic needs for employees.( Toilet,lavoretory, fillter water, healthy food, healthy snacks, not maintained hygiene.

There is lot to learn for a person who is starting his career. Once you get settled there you enjoy the work pressure. If you can't bear pressure neosym is not for you. You get to know various grades and various core making process.
