Dislikes

...t's a waste of time since the client interview is done post joining the company. Any escalation from the client can put your salary on hold. You might have to relocate from the originally agreed work location to the client place. Emergency leave can get you fired, they are not very understanding about such situations. Also no maternity leaves here.

Politics , bios , no maternity leave , pathetic payroll team , non supporting pay roll team.. No job security, hardly 2 to 3% hike , not giving notice payment in case of termination Think 10 times before joining

While a minimum commitment of three months might be reasonable, this policy essentially functions like a bond. Additionally, the first month's salary is withheld after resignation and released as full and final settlement three months after the last working day. While holding it for one month may be understandable, a three-month delay feels excessively long
