It's depends on the company boss mood whether he wants you continue the job or not if Boss has come with a bad mood and you've done a small mistake you're gone (Terminate)

Only the CEO worst top management that's why they can never have good staff and continuos long tern staff. wrong people on top taking wrong decisions.

Zero work culture, no rules, rules change like chamilion(girgit). no PF. cash payment. Zero job security.

Toxic work culture. No job security. You ll get terminate if you do a little mistake, one of my colleague got terminated because she emergency leave and another one got terminated because she don't carry her notepad.
