Management is good and easily approachable. Your voice is heard and inputs are taken into account. Work pressure is nominal.

Dislikes

...imings are not there, there are offs in the company like CL, EL, SL or anything. If you take just a single leave then salary is deducted for the day, if you somehow gets late, salary gets deducted for half day. Routine work only, no chance of learning new things, no automation ERP etc. All manual work. Production planning is extremely bad. No health insurance or any kind of benefits.

Job is not secured. Work environment is very poor. Collegues is not gud any new joining join the company nobody support him. Staff demotivated them.. compny not follow the policies
