Its a fake company. Onboards employees for TCS and takes monthy compition and fire with 6 months. They work in gurgaon with diffent name as "Manpower Source". On hiring they say TCS will take nelito employee in direct payroll on completion of 6 month. They silently terminate and ask for resignation from Nelito blackmailing for experience letter . Its totally a fake organization.

Dislikes

No salary slips are given to employees and formal notice for period is there. Do not listen to any huddles faced by employee within employment. No HR intervention.

salary receives is on time, HR department also help full with any medical emergency. Company culture also good..

Promotions / Appraisal process is slow and Regarding Job Security i am working last 9 year in Nelito systems so i am seating in Client site so project is not renew then my Project manger tell me you are search new job i have no new Project. This is not fever.

The salary comes at 7th day of the month become 10th and now 12th,sometime 18th day of the month. A good thing about this company is when ask about money company tell that money will come,keep patience. But the house owner don't understand patience.

...increment. Due to my hometown and family problem,am here. Don't waste your time. Very low salary structure(12,100/month).

one of our project manager Ratnakar kothavde he started his own it company and offer to join at lower package and if we reject then stop increment through his colleague

I was not getting a salary during my notice period of one month after I was released and was also released from the project two weeks before the intimation of its release. All 42 members, including me, were released. : ) Looking for a good opportunity.
