These companies have no manner and they don't know company policy. They deduct employee salary without any intimation. I was present there and I took half-day because of emergency case and HR said Boss said to deduct my full day salary. Is this a genuine reason? How anybody can do this without any intimation? Even though HR doesn't know anything she behaves like a child. She doesn't have a good English as well. She should be capable to sit in the HR manager post.

Behaviour, never on time salary, deduction of salary without warning, HR behaviour also not good. Over all fraud company.
