I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

For now, company has fully remote work culture. One will get on time salary.

Dislikes

No employee engagements. Apart from fixed compensations and insurance, there is no benefits available to the employees. It appears HR department is dead or the HRs are too lazy to work towards employees well being.

Work life balance is good to some extent, just because teams are managed by US folks

Dislikes

Never expect job security. They have fired thousands of employees during pandemic. Also fired employees in india just in an year of hiring them. Pretty unstable company.

Dislikes

Work culuture is not upto the mark, most of the Leads/PMs are from service company backgrounds and hence bring the work culture. Treat India as offshore and believe in the onshore/offshore model hence doesn't seem like working for a product based company. Most of the calls happen in US working hours due to overlap meaning its almost like working in a shift.

Dislikes

The system and Process here are not so good. As part of the Testing Team, I don't see they are using good tools and technology here. They Don't Have a Good Team Leader For Testing Team. Working on OLD Outdated Tools. Which is not used in the Market nowadays.
